Portrait Character Logo Design Process
This is the process to develop and deliver a portrait character logo design.
Submit Photo By Email
The first step to designing your portrait logo is to submit a good photo with good lighting of yourself by email at quirky.munchkin@gmail.com
Please read photo requirements below.
Photo Requirements
I’d like a picture of you shoulder up that doesn’t crop your forehead and facing forward, that way I can get the whole shape and hairstyle that you would have on your logo. If you would like to be smiling make sure you smile in the picture. Good lighting is very helpful and no (snapchat) filters on eyes, nose, and head please. The portrait will be created just like the picture you submitted, so make sure you like the final submission. The face (head) is the only part of the logo I will not be able to change for a new picture once it is created.
Portrait Questions
- What body pose would you like to be in?
- Also, would you like to hold some kind of item or items? If so, please be specific with your description.
- Is there anything specific you would like to be wearing? (ex: apron, hat, accessories)
Photo Evaluation
After photo has been submitted, I will be evaluating the pose and the quality of the photo. If all is well, we’ll proceed.
Questionnaire
I will be emailing you a questionnaire where I will be asking you a few questions about what you will want on your logo.
Place Order
Once I have gathered what you are looking for and you agree to the quote, the next step is ordering the logo before starting.
NOTE: All orders must be paid first before work begins, thank you for your understanding and your trust.
Create Concept
After order has been made I will begin the logo concept design and once I have a solid concept I will submit for reviewing.
Revision Stage
This stage of the process is important because here you and I will work together to finalize any edits that may be needed.
NOTE: Revising does not mean changing the whole approved concept. If a new concept is needed, then a new cost will be associated to that new logo concept.
File Delivery
The final logo means that all revisions have been finalized and you are satisfied with the final logo design. See Homepage on “Files You’ll Receive” section for accurate information.
